Every ride at the RideTribe is a full body, fat-burning workout that incorporates interval training designed to produce real results. When the lights dim low and the beats start bumping, you can’t help but turn up the resistance. With each climb, sprint and jump, you become stronger both mentally and physically. Just when you think you can’t keep going, you look up to see a room of riders who are still fighting and all of a sudden, you realize nothing can hold you back.

How can I register to a class?

To join a class simply create your account here: We will then give you access to our unique OxFitness Lab application that will enable you to view the schedule and book your classes. Please change the account name to RideTribe in order to access to RideTribe schedule.

What if I am a RideTribe beginner?

Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. In each class your instructor will lead the way, suggesting different movements and challenges, but YOU decide what is right for you. Individual resistance knobs located on each bike allow you to truly customize the cycling class to your fitness level. If you are concerned about taking classes due to a physical condition please consult your physician before participating.

Are cycling shoes required?

Yes. Proper shoes provide a safer cycling experience on the bike and also help keep knees, hips and ankles aligned. Furthermore, cycling shoes help target proper muscle groups and maximize workout results. Feel free to bring your own shoes or rent a pair of our cycling shoes for 20 QAR.

What time should I arrive for class?

Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled class. This ensures you have plenty of time to change your clothes and shoes, set up your bike, and make some new friends. Make sure you check in at the front desk upon arrival.

What if I am running late to a class?

Please call us if you’re running late! If you’re not signed in 5 minutes before class, your spot may be released to allow for walk-ins. Give us a call and we will hold a spot for you up to 5 minutes after class starts, although we cannot guarantee you will have the same bike you reserved. For everyone’s safety, we cannot admit guests who are more than 5 minutes late to class. First time guests who arrive late to class will not be admitted under any circumstance.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Can’t make it to class? Simply cancel your reservation 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations can be made on our app or by calling the studio at 44647877.

How many calories will I burn?

Calories burned depend on body weight and the intensity of effort during your class. In a typical 50-minute class, you will burn an average of 300 to 800 calories.

Is it safe to lift weights on a bike?

Yes, all free weight exercises are performed while maintaining proper biking form.

Should I cycle if I am pregnant?

Many pregnant women are able to cycle well into their pregnancy. However, please consult with your physician before engaging in indoor cycling classes.

Do you offer group rides and private rides?

Yes. A group ride is a great for birthdays, wedding parties, corporate team building events, and much more. Private rides are encouraged for one-on-one instruction to maximize your workout. Contact us to schedule a private ride by emailing at
