Every ride at the Ride Tribe is a full body, fat-burning workout that incorporates interval training designed to produce real results. When the lights dim low and the beats start bumping, you can’t help but turn up the resistance. With each climb, sprint and jump, you become stronger both mentally and physically. Just when you think you can’t keep going, you look up to see a room of riders who are still fighting and all of a sudden, you realize nothing can hold you back.

FAQ
RIDE TIBE is for all fitness levels and abilities. Our instructors push you to work hard during every RIDE, but you are always in control of the intensity of your workout. We recommend signing up for our RIDE 101 class if you are new to our studio or simply want to sharpen your technical skills. This 50-minute introductory class will assist with bike set-up, teach you the console, proper cycling technique, and RIDE TRIBE terminology. If you have never cycled before, we recommend grabbing a bike in the middle of the room, so you can see the instructor and follow the lead of the front row Riders. This will help you make your way up to the front of the room as your skills progress and you learn the ropes.
Yes. Proper shoes provide a safe cycling experience on the bike and also help keep knees, hips and ankles aligned. Furthermore, cycling shoes help target proper muscle groups and maximize workout results. Feel free to bring your own shoes or rent a pair of our cycling shoes for 20 QAR
Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled class. This ensures you have plenty of time to change your clothes and shoes, set up your bike, and make some new friends. Make sure you check in at the front desk upon arrival
Calories burned depend on body weight and the intensity of effort during your class. In a typical 50-minute class, you will burn an average of 300 to 800 calories.
Yes, all free weight exercises are performed while maintaining proper biking form
Many pregnant women are able to cycle well into their pregnancy. However, please consult with your physician before engaging in indoor cycling classes.
Yes. A group RIDE is a great for birthdays, wedding parties, corporate team building events, and much more. Private Rides are encouraged for one-on-one instruction to maximize your workout. Contact us to schedule a Private RIDE by emailing at info@ridetribe.qa
Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class. New Riders will not be admitted into class once it has begun. We release bikes 5 minutes before class if you have not checked in yet.
